Describe the issue you're seeing:
Under Admin console > G Suite > Mobile > Device Management Settings, is Google Sync enabled for user's Organization?
Does the issue occur when logging in on the web?
Does the issue occur for the same user on a different device?
Does the issue occur for other users on the same device?
Does removing and readding the account to the device resolve the issue?
Affected Users (even if all users are affected, specify one or two example users):
Provide screenshots of the issue if possible.
