What is affected? (Gmail sync, Calendar sync, device policy, etc.)
Is the issue affecting all users at the domain?
In any case, provide at least one affected username.
What error message do you see (if any)? Provide a screenshot.
What are you attempting to do when encountering the issue? At what step are you seeing it?
Can the issue be reproduced on a different device by the same user?
Can the issue be reproduced by a different user on the same device?
Can the user log in to Gmail through the browser?
What type of network connection is in use (WiFi, 3G, Edge, etc)?
Under Admin console > G Suite > Mobile > Device Management Settings, is Android Sync enabled for user's Organization?
