If you've been given permission, you can view all the tickets your organization has open with Maven Wave in our support portal. Make sure you're logged into our portal, and then perform the following steps:
In the top-right corner of the screen, select "My Activities".
By default, you'll see your own requests. Click the "Organization requests" tab to see your organization's requests to Maven Wave Support
That's it! You can use the search bar to search for any information related to a ticket such as ID, requester, or the status. You can also sort all tickets by requester, last activity, or status to find what you need.
