After reproducing your issue, wait a few minutes, then perform the following steps:
Press Win + R to open the Run dialog and paste this path in:
%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Google\DriveFS
The right click the "Logs" directory and select "Send to > Zipped folder", and share this file with your support rep.
*Drive File Stream can take some time to finish logging information. If you aren't able to wait, that's OK.
Mac
After reproducing your issue, wait a few minutes, then perform the following steps:
Open Finder, select Go, Go to Folder, and paste in the below path.
~/Library/Application Support/Google/DriveFS/
Then right-click the Logs folder and select "Compress Logs".
