Support Agent or Administrator: If using a CfM, check if automatic log uploading is turned on in the client's domain by going to Device Management > Chrome Devices for Meetings > Chrome Devices for Meetings Settings (under the three-dot menu)
- Include your browser or app version number (Chrome Menu > Help > About)
- Include both Chrome logs and WebRTC JS logs. (Steps 2 & 4 under "Capture WebRTC logs in Chrome or ChromeOS)
