Google Forms (all issues)

For troubleshooting, the following data should cover most issues:

• a HAR file
• a screencast
• the form URL
• the email of the form owner

When possible, sharing the form with your Maven Wave support agent and [e-mail] (for Google support agents) is appreciated and generally helps the issue get resolved more quickly.

Note: Google Forms will not have the "upload file" option available in Team Drives. To use file uploads in Forms, the form must be in a personal Drive. You can still share the form with your teammates.
