If you're having trouble syncing with Drive File Stream, there's a few pieces of information you'll need when you contact support:
- Is the issue limited to one user, or multiple users?
- What OS are the affected users on?
- Please include logs
- Mac: Library\Application Support\Google\DriveFS
- Windows: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\
- Is the issue reproducible / constant? Or does it only happen sometimes?
